I got a room here for 2 days at first then I added 7 more days on top, it was fine no issues but once we had 2 days left we ran into some problems. Every 2-3 days they service rooms clean them and etc. well they serviced the room and on the 5th day as I was cleaning to prepare for the finals days of our stay we found dead roaches all in the window seal with a bunch of dead flies not to mention the night before we had worms coming up through our shower. Absolutely disgusted we decided to let management know we would prefer a refund for our last 2 days only as we were not interested in staying because they had just serviced and cleaned the room and that is still there. Mind you after they opened the window so they definitely saw those bugs and chose not to do anything or even clean them. The owner says he can switch rooms then his wife comes out and says no refunds and no to switching rooms she started yelling and my husband came out because they were ganging up on me, he said the room is "f*** dirty" and they threatened to call the cops because he said a single bad word out of frustration. Next they kick us out because we complained of bugs told us to get all our things and leave so we did. Manager goes in room and tries to gaslight us saying that it was spaghetti in the drain of the shower. We did complain to the health department with pictures and videos but gosh, I have never seen a business ran by such terrible people which totally made the experience worse than anything i Resolution Sought I did get my refund for unsanitary conditions but this business kicked us out for complaining about cockroaches and worms in the drain. Plus threatened to call the police for freedom of speech.
