Business took possession of rental property at 1427 Wall st. In Ft. Wayne early in the year. Had full knowledge of the extent of mold and disrepair inside residence. Waited until holiday season and cold setting in to decide to do repair work, and issuing an order to vacate by Dec.8, 2021. All of this after telling tenant they were welcome to stay as long as they kept lawn mowed and rent paid. Both criteria were met. Resolution Sought Tenants be allowed to remain until after holidays and more suitable weather for an elderly disabled woman to find a new place to live.
