I, bought the phone on May 21, 2023 I had problems with the phone. I took is back on the 22nd of May the phone kept shutting off, dropping calls cannot answer calls. The battery gets hot and also the phone freezes up. Took it to 4 metro PCS store the sale person says the phones no good. Customer as been coming back. With the same problem with theirs phone's. And it keeps saying manufacturer factory reset phone. And sale person reset and I it still do the same thing and also drop volume when you're talking. I been calling Metro since May to now are the company. Resolution Sought They need to take this phones of stock and I like to be refunded my money back. A metro sale person talked to them while I was in the store and told them a lot of customers complained about this phone.
