We are turning to you for help with our timeshare membership. We have attempted to speak with them directly to no avail. The timeshare is a burden to us. One that we have no desire to keep maintaining. It is important for us to put this chapter behind us. Since the timeshare won't respond to us directly, we hope that with your intervention, we can see movement and a positive outcome for us that includes a full cancellation and refund of what we paid into it. Thank you in advance for your help. Resolution Sought Full cancelation and refund.

Hello, we contacted the owner on 11/19/25 with information on how to resell or gift the deeded membership. They may reach out to us again if they'd like.

I feel trapped by my timeshare, and they refuse to release me from it. Despite explaining my hardships and sharing that my wife recently passed away, they have shown little concern and insisted there is nothing they can do to help. I find this unacceptable, as maintaining the timeshare has become a significant burden. With my changing circumstances, I no longer travel as I once did, and the timeshare has turned into nothing more than a financial drain. I want no further part in it. Is there anything you can do to assist me? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter. Resolution Sought Timeshare cancellation
