Insurance agent refuses to come out to meet in person with us to investigate the inappropriate allocation of insurance premiums, mislabeled assets listed and refuses to add requested insurance amounts for trailers. Continued request for communication are always meant with excuses and we are told we would need to travel the hour and half to meet at their office with an approved agenda. Resolution Sought We would like the Erie Insurance agent from Karschner that sold us the policy to meet in person at our business location to straighten out our policy so we know we are properly insured or release us from Karschner Agent so we may get a new agent that will do a better job for us.
