I have got sold a car with financing which was a dodge journey 2009, I thought now its saying 2008 on vin my miles on the computer of the car comes out to 230000K but my Dash Says 130000k I have had problems with the car since the first month they haven't fixed nothing much now the rearsub frame is bent an I couldn't get a alignment I needed it because the control arms snapped on the back from them being rusted I chanced them not thinkin much but when my mechanic removed my piece they were rusted for a couple years looks like and they are now saying they didn't sell me the car like that mind you I only had this car for going on 6 months around tax season was bought they took advantage of me i have photos and everything i am very heart broken they know I have a family of 6 4 kids and my wife and me I work in ct they took my car and had it for a week ad half called me to pick it up and when I went to get an alignment cause they told me they fixed it then when I went to get it done the alignment place told me they didn't not change no piece lr anything and i have proof. Resolution Sought I would love my money back or some type of agreement I have many witnesses and many help i am not backing do i would love the 6k I will return the car and go about my day I am very disappointed they have played me good.

Pictures of the title sent to BCA for review, the check in sheet with the miles on it now and a picture of the folder with the miles when it when out, also about the miles who ever scanned the system may have had it in kilometers instead of miles which would be about 220000 kilometers, we also offered to him the parts at cost and install them with no labor charged, he did drive over 14000 miles so he is long out of any warranty.

Ive had issues with this car2 week ive had it i brought my car back and they had said they fixed the issue but couple weeks later the engine light was going on and off ever since i got that vehicle they never changed my parts when i went the first time i have proof, witnesses and also other complaints they had my car for almost 2 weeks and did nothing to it then wanted me to pay them for the parts and i jave image's of my cars computer system with the mileage, the 2008 Vin thats popping up also but is also a 2009 idont know how that works but they have had the same scam done to people years already in a row they know how to get away with this i have proof if you go and look up there reviews on the Google from other customers 10years ago running the same scam i am going to go to a lawyer cause i have been having issues with the vehicle since day one smh and also there was a stain in the interior on the roof right side back passenger i thought it was stain couple weeks later i went for a carwash and my car was leaking from the top of the car seals i just realized that they been getting much money from me an also playing with my knowledge since i am a new driver and new car customer
