I am filing a complaint regarding the service on my 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty (Invoice #2430, dated 03/07/2025). I provided brand-new brake rotors for installation, but Williams and diesel automotive shop claimed they were incorrect and instead installed different rotors—without my approval. I was then charged for these rotors, despite supplying my own. This is unacceptable for several reasons: 1. My new rotors were not used as instructed. 2. I was charged for parts I did not authorize. 3. No prior consultation was made before replacing Resolution Sought Id like a refund of my money for work I didnt agree to. All I wanted was my brakes changed. Not my rotors.

Mr. Lozano brought in his 99 vehicle into our shop with brake pads and rotors for us to replace, however the rotors were the wrong part, I then called Mr. Lozano to inform him and give him options to replace. The conversation was all recorded and video and audio as the whole shop is set up to do so, he agreed to have me get the parts for an additional $10 a piece more between what he could purchase himself or for me to purchase- we completed the work on replacing the brake pads and rotors, He picked the vehicle up the same day and was satisfied with the work. about 1 1/2 weeks later he came in complaining of shaking on his vehicle. Upon inspection, we informed him it was the frontend drive shaft that needed replacement, gave him the part number and told him where he could get the part. This issue has nothing to do with the prior work done. He knew that was not in connection with the prior work, he just wanted some help. We then receive the complaint, when I attempted to reach out to him to understand why he filed, he will not answer my attempts to contact him. When work was completed for the brakes and rotors the customer was satisfied. We did the job requested - we will not be doing any more work for him.

Customer Rebuttal

I didn't agree to anything and especially didnt agree to anyone purchasing new rotors when I had a diesel mechanic of 25years order them for me. When I inspected what the problem was, it was that Williams diesel and automotive had removed my hub and took my thrust washer out. I was already aware of my drive shaft axle needing to be replaced from having it inspected by a diesel mechanic of 25 years who had me remove it before going to Williams diesel and automotive shop. I will not pull back my complaint as I know beyond a shadow of doubt Williams diesel and automotive purposely sabotage my truck in order to aquire more profits from me believe I was simply a Hispanic male who knows nothing about his truck or the problems it has. If this issue isn't resolved I will file a new complaint and proceed to further actions against Williams diesel and automotive. I simply want my money back and for you to apologize for buying new rotors without my permission know i didnt need them and for taking my hub of and taking my thrust washer out so more damage could be cause and I'd have to come back to pay you more money to repair.
