Willow Tree Shoppes asked me if I would like to put my paintings in the shop to be sold. I was ecstatic about the opportunity for my pieces to be in a store front. The agreement was the the shop owner would additional 30 on top of what I wanted to charge for each piece. The additional 30 would be the fee to sell there, and I would be sent a check each month for items sold. I was told 5 paintings had been sold but the shop owner was waiting for her grand opening to officially sell them. I do not know what happened with that but there was no check. I was told several other items sold and I've not received payment for those either. I've ask numerous times but only get the run around. I was told a check was mailed and they see it was cashed. I did not receive anything. I was then told it wasn't cashed. I have not been paid at all and now I'm being told they will not send another check even though I did not receive one in the first place. I've asked for proof of all their claims and they agree but never send anything. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I work very hard on my artwork and deserve to be paid for it. Resolution Sought I would like to be paid for my work.

We sent Emily's check out. She said she never received it. Due to Emily's drug usage we were not comfortable sending another check in the mail and asked that we wait for the expiration date come til we issue A new one. Emily's artwork did not do well in the store, and there was never any paintings sold before the grand opening. September 20, we tried to reach out through Facebook, email and text as well as family members to ask her to come pick up A new check as A courtesy at this point, but she blocked all Contact so we cannot reach her. If Emily continues to make false claims on Facebook, or complaints of false information we will have our lawyer take further action.

False claims? I do not now nor have I EVER used drugs! I have not been reached out to in any way. Not by the shop or any family members. I have not posted any false claims on Facebook. I have written proof of everything I have stated. I do not trust you at this point and I'm not driving an hour and a half to not get paid yet again. There is absolutely no reason why my check cannot be mailed out. Send it priority mail and I'll sign for it. There is no reason why this cannot be done. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in all my life. This is ridiculous. I find it funny you accuse me of using drugs when I absolutely do not but I know for a fact you and your husband do. I have those messages in writing too. Last time I checked weed is still illegal where you live. Send my check immediately.
