We ordered rims in silver and black. The company ordered black and we said we don't want solid black they refused to give us back out $200 deposit. Resolution Sought Preferably the full amount of $200 back or at least half. It was clear that we wanted the silver and black.

Yes agree, but we told the customer we couldn't get silver and black the wheels she wanted that they only make it in black and she agreed on the color black. As for our policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All deposits are final No Refunds, but what I can do for her I'll give her half back which will be $100.
