On Tuesday, January 21st I went to pick up my daugter from school at 3:15pm. She gets out of school at 3:50pm. After picking her up, I went straight to my apartment. We arrived at 4:15pm. I parked my Nissan Venza on a visitor parking space went inside of the apartment to get my phone to register the car. When I came out the car was gone. It took me about 20 minutes to get my phone. It only took the tow truck about 20 minutes. The same time to get my phone. Resolution Sought My car Nissan Venza, was illegally towed and I received a bill for $900. I don't owe the money.

Consumer states; My passenger door was broken by tow employee upon recovering my car from your towing yard at the above address. After paying the fee $426.00. Your employee requested for my car registration, which was in the car compartment and he said he's the only one that can enter my car. After paying the fees he told me to go pick up the car, where he had moved it and parked it at the street away from the yard, where it was previously parked. When I went to pick up my car, I could not open the door. I called and reported that to a lady who works there and she claimed to be the manager the same day. She saw the car door, inspected it by herself and acknowledged yes indeed that door is broken and cannot be opened. I have pictures and proof of that. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I want to resolve this issue amicably with them, by repairing my door or some kind of compensation. I have copies of the fees, pictures if needed. Note: I have proof of the paid permit/sticker from the apt Manager, which he approved and acknowledged.
