My vehicle was towed on 5/13 at 2:06 pm for being "illegally" parked in my own apartment complex. The parking lot has recently changed, but there was no sign stating it was vistor parking, which per my lease, we are able to park there as long as we move it after 72 hours. But now we can only park in the back since the changes. I was charged $500 to get my vehicle from the towing, and an additional $198 for my vehicle being there after hours even though I was there at 3:00, I had an appointment at 3:30. But because it took them so long to process my vehicle, I had the additional charge. My vehicle should not have been towed to begin with. Resolution Sought I want my $700 back for the towing which should not have occured.
