Customer Complaint

After installing the French doors, it was noticed that the horizontal lines in the glass were off set by 2 1/2 inches, I notified WonDor and after a month they sent out a tech who was supposed to fix it real time. He ended up taking measurements and could not fix it. Four weeks later, another tech arrived to fix it, and took more measurements and stayed that they need to replace both doors so that the horizontal lines will match. Four weeks later, I am notified that they will only be replacing one door. Since then over the last five weeks, they have scheduled appointments and cancelled. Now we are scheduled to replace one door, however I doubt that it will be Ann acceptable repair. Mind you, I have had to miss work for each of these appointments with a time window of six hours. I guess repairs are NOT a priority vs install. The owner/supervisor is NEVER available. Resolution Sought Make an appointment, show up, and repair my French doors ASAP. This has been months and months of aggravation.
