On January 15th of 2026 I purchased windows from this company. Signed up with a lender witch is green sky. Financed for 6,000. 3,000 before installing and the rest when the work is done. However I have been paying for the second month and nothing have been installed. They keep giving me the runaround. They braggs about having an A+ with the BBB. My problem is I'm paying for a service that I have not recieved. Resolution Sought Just tell me if this is a legitimate company? And have you had any other complaints about them?

This job is completed. Yes we are very legit. These are custom windows, custom for each opening because of this we are paid 50% upfront. As the contract sates, customers are aware that they might have a payment due before installation.
