They gave me a price of 20,857 for a altogether deal of eliminating the remaining balance on my window bill the roof a generator and solar panels with the government program refunding 20,000 and now there saying all I get is the roof for 18,611 and that's not what I agreed on it's been 10 months I talked with someone twice the first time they told me the man that worked with me no longer worked with them and they would give me a call back no one never called I called about 2 weeks later they said they would have to have a meeting with there boss and get back with me and now six or more months later I still can't get no answer I call every week at this point my credit score has dropped and they don't even care to talk to me I have problems with the roof it's two small holes the roof people didn't fix correctly I sent a picture to the guy and I mean they will not answer my phone calls. Resolution Sought I want the deal the man gave me when he came to my home
