Hello my name is Marsha Davis I own the property of 4737 Shelmire Ave Philadelphia Pennsylvania 19136 since 2018 I decided to seek out a company to replace my old windows and chose Window Nation which I now know it was a big mistake that I'm paying for 1) I had a special order of black framed windows which I was told would take awhile when they came I went to look at windows and to my shockingly surprise the windows was white framed I looked at my order form and it stated that I ordered white instead of black with black framing which WASNT MY ORDER and I had no choice but to allow them to put them in because all my old windows was destroyed and I asked them to tell the salesman to contact me which he never did 2) a few months down the line my upstairs window had a hair line crack window nation sent to me an outside contractor that replaced the bottom half with the wrong window so they had to come again. 3) my recent dilemma my neighbor 2 doors down from me had a fire and I was a victim of that fire and the fire department damaged I thought was 5 windows . 4) window nation took forever to give me a quote for the 5 windows and my warranty to prove that they won't cover them under warranty 5) well I've been pushed to the side over and over for approximately 2 weeks to confirm that 1 of the 5 windows would be coveryunder warranty due to it was damaged by normal wear and tear and I still got NO RESPONSE AFTER 2 weeks just the same response someone will contact me. Resolution Sought Keep to the warranty and give me a discount on my 4 replacement windows I still owe the financial company it isn't fair they should charge me over half the price for less windows.
