Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

On Dec.12-2022 Window Nation installed 10 windows in my home . The problem is the 11th window was made wrong . They had previously sent a man to pre-measure the entire 11 window purchase. That man pointed out the 11th window ordered would have to be changed . Me (the home owner/purchaser of these 11 windows ) discussed and I reordered a window that would work . On the 12th of Dec. a crew came to install 11 windows and #11 was made completely wrong , not at all what I reordered with measuring man . I have still Feb. 17th received or have they installed #11. I have been told it is made . I have been getting the run around and I am already making payments. Now I can't even get them to answer my phone calls . This is B.S. Resolution Sought Put my 11th window in as reordered (AWNING STYLE ) .I have told them I will be gone for 3 weeks and told it should be no problem to have installed by that date (Feb. 17th ) they won't even answer my phone calls . I would've had high makes for them but they don't want me to give a review at this point
