Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I purchased windows back in April 2023. The final price we agreed upon after the $500 gift card was deducted was 6,800.00. The salesman Mr Marquis Williams assured me and I asked him several times before I signed his tablet because what I signed did not reflect the $500 gift card which would make the bottom line 6,800.00. He said he couldn't enter it on the tablet to reflect the 500.00 difference but it would be NO problem once the paperwork was in the office they would make the adjustment there. I asked Mr Williams several several times was he positive because I did not want any problems and I did not feel comfortable signing and I would not pay more than what I am agreeing upon. I gave him a down payment of 3,000.00 and we both agreed the remaining balance of 3,800.00 not a penny more would be paid after the installation of the windows. I sent a detailed letter explaining what had transpired and why I have no intentions of paying the additional amount to Window Nation. They are now in the process of turning it over to collections. Resolution Sought I would really appreciate the company standing on their salesman word and marking my account PAID IN FULL.
