I signed a contract with a salesperson from Window Nation in 2020. My order was changed, because the salesperson offered a price that the local office didn't approve. They removed one install and sent pictures of different windows and ask that I choose one, I still have copies of this text. The New Windows are very drafty and worse than my old windows. I noticed immediately in chilly and cold weather, I also noticed small bugs in window seal. I have been using plastics and blankets to stay warm and save as much as possible on my utility bill. I Needed windows for comfort because I was cold and to reduce heating cost, this has not happened, these windows are horrible and I'm still making payments. I've asked Window Nation to fix this problem, I had one service call and I was told that my walls were cold,( imagine that). I contacted Indy foam insulating company, they took pictures that showed the insulation in walls is good but the windows are the problems , the windows are suppose to be insulated. I sent the pictures to Window Nation and requested another service visit four (4) weeks ago. No service or call yet. I've tried to be patience but I am cold and my utility bill is high. Resolution Sought Correct this Problem to ensure the windows are installed properly, windows may not be level or plumbed. If Window Nation, can not correct this issue I'm asking for a refund on payments made, so that I could purchase windows that I still need.

Took them over a year to complete my windows kept wanting to send people to evaluate problems had to pull 6 windows out and reset they took the trim down and didn't put back up when I was telling them I had 6 windows not finished they accused me of taking that trim off my windows so they would not give me any discount for all I went through and a couple times in the process they threatened to put me to collections even though they was not finished now they have finally finished I paid them in full and they will not send me my receipt or my package with my warranty information unless I sign a form saying I will not say anything negative about them including what Iam telling you now this is by far the worst business dealing I have ever had I believe they make many folks sign that form so they do not get complaints Resolution Sought Help me get my warranty package and receipt and I would hope they could at least give me a 10 discount for all I went through and a apology for calling me a liar accusing me of taking trim off the windows to avoid giving me a discount
