The windows were not installed when promised. There is a lock on a window that was broken, I have had 5 service calls and the installers do not have the lock. I was promised a gift card for a friend referral and have been given the run around. It's been being processed since April. The customer service had a lot to be desired. I have been put on hold many times longer then 1 hour, without anyone coming back on line to say they were working on issue. I would like to make it known that this company is not reputable. I am a senior citizen and their service has a lot to be desired. Resolution Sought Fix my window, get referral money and get some kind of monetary compensation for all the days I have spent trying to correct this issue.
