We ordered 6 windows from this company a year ago. Took them 6 months to finally put in 3 windows from our order! They never called us with reason for regarding why the delay. When we called them, it was either windows not in or scheduling issues. We were finally given a date. We were told to make sure we had our wall prepared for picture window which consisted of us putting a 8' hole in our wall. Day of scheduled installation, we sat and waited for 6 hours. We received no phone call regarding why no one showed. When WE called, we were told installers didn't show for work, leaving us with an 8' square hole in our wall over the weekend. When they finally showed, 2 windows were wrong size. Windows were ordered in April 2021. Got 3 windows October 2021 and to date still waiting for 2 more. Canceled the order and have sought legal advice. Resolution Sought Close your doors! Worst customer service ever! Owner refuses to talk to clients! No actual office or so we were told! Hire responsible workers, starting with office managers and installing personnel
