Reprimand the sales rep. For his unfair sales tactics. We surely will not recommend this company to anyone

The sales person is using unfair business practice. The samples he brought were slightly tinted. What we got was regular windows. Also he showed windows that are able to be tilted so no more going outside to clean. He know by going thru all the rooms that we had plantation shutters. Knowing that the tilted window would not work because of the plantation shutters. He sold us this windows and we bought on his word. Real unfair business practice.
