We paid window world in April to install new windows the contractor they had come out put all the windows in wrong and took out all the ceil in ever window we have had made several attempts for them to come correct the issue since then they have sent 2 people out that had only come look at windows we have sent pics to there filed supervisor they offer to give us the installation charge back which they said it was only 500 or so $$ they have waited so long that all my walls or messed up from rain also we have receipts for all the work we had to do and labors the windows frame had to be complete done I believe they should pay us for there mistakes Resolution Sought Give me a complete refund
