Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a full set of windows for my home in May 2023. Windows were measured and upon signing a contract I paid half of what was quoted which was approximately 3500. On July 27 the installation crew arrived and removed the two sashes on either side of my front picture window which is the biggest and most important window BEFORE checking to see if the new window fit. It did not. I was given a choice to either put old window back in or use plywood planks to cover the openings. I could not use my mother's AC unit if the old was put back in so I chose the plywood option after being told it would be 3 weeks until the correct window would arrive. My mom is a senior with dementia and COPD so I needed her to have her AC working. I waited 3 weeks, called the company to inquire on an arrival date for the correct window and was told it would not be installed until possibly October 2. This is unacceptable to me. Half of our summer was compromised by not having a full view outside and the two plywood planks are extremely unsightly on my house and has been openly criticized by my neighbors. The weather is cooling down and the draftiness is very unhealthy for my 76 year old mother whose chair is right in front of the window in question. I have called their customer service number several times to either NO ANSWER or unreturned messages. This is extremely bad business and as a customer who paid big money already, I am very dissatisfied Resolution Sought I would like the business to expedite my order or to knock off the cost of the window and it's labor altogether from the remaining balance.
