Window world . I Ordered 9 windows in October of 2020 I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to manufacture then scheduled installation. On February of of 2021 the scheduled an installation on Good Friday they're office was closed so there was nobody to call in the event of a problem. The installation was very shotty they did damage to my window frames also installed a window over a rotten wood frame .The aluminum clad was left hanging not even secured properly and looked like trash.. I called spoke with Cassandra who referred me to the new general manager Matt of Birmingham who set an appointment missed it since somebody else out in his place to document what needed to be done. Finally he came out and took notes of what needed to be done I emailed pictures of the rotten window sill where they should not have installed the window. Asked him to email me a work order detailing the work that needs to be done. At 1st he said they did not have anybody to rebuild exterior window frames. Then he said that they would rebuild the exterior window frame that they installed a but would not take out the window sash to rebuild the rotten frame. they will redo all the aluminum clad but it would all have to be done in one day and rebuild the window sash. I would like to bypass them on rebuilding the window sash and get a professional Resolution Sought I would like to deduct the cost of rebuilding the exterior window frame and the damage done to my other window frames and door from the total amount of the job
