Window World installed our sliding glass door and we have had problems with it from the very beginning. For two years now we have been trying to get it fixed and have been given every excuse possible. The last time they were here at the end of last year they ripped my whole door out before they realized they had ordered the wrong replacement frame. They have admitted that is was installed wrong and have said they would fix it. I have all of the messages they have left saved. I just want my door fixed and am getting nowhere on my own. I think I have been beyond patient dealing with this for two years! They continue to install new orders everyday but give me the excuse that they are having trouble with installers. Please help! Resolution Sought Properly fix my sliding glass door immediately.
