I ordered a new patio door in Jan 25 2022. The door was paid for in full at time of order. It's May 15 2022 and my door is still not installed. When I call they say my door has not come in yet. I called the lace the door comes from they stated the door would be shipped to window world April 28th. I would like my door installed or my money back. Window world told me I could not have a refund of my money. Resolution Sought I would like my door installed in the next 2 weeks or a full refund of my money.
