I place an order for impact sliding doors for my patio. I unstops that it would take 18 weeks . They came out on 10/20/2022 installed my door incorrectly and where suppose to be out to fix them on 11/08/2022 never showed up. I am waiting for them to be out today 12/15/2022 to fix the mistake. Pause the doors have large scratches on both sides of doors inside and outside. These doors are paid in full. And this company after numerous phone calls never calls you back. They cancelled the inspection since i immediately called them and told the company the doors are incorrectly installed. They told me they would correct it with no problem well I am still waiting and this is just terrible customer service and they need to make this right. And should of never charged my card 2228.00 with an unsatisfactory job that was not installed correctly. They should of been paid balance when job was completed correctly. When I mention this to the installer that they were not correct since everything should go right to left since my lite fixtures inside my home go that way he stated oh you should just get new verticals . I don't think so I would like this taken care of very inconvenience to me and bad business. I hope that you are able to help in this matter. Resolution Sought I want them to correct the mistake. And should give me some form of money in return for the inconvenience. These doors are to open right to left not left to right. I can't even use my vertical blinds on my door. They need to correct there mistake in a much timely matter since they ran the balance on my credit card knowing the job was incorrectly installed.

My wife, Alice, signed an agreement with Window World of Orlando (WWO) located at 3882 Center Loop, Orlando FL 32808 on April 23, 2021 to furnish and install a brand new 12 ft by 8 ft sliding glass door and accessories. A deposit was paid to Window World in the amount of $2, 743 via check number 1737 the same day. WWO indicated the order would take 12 weeks to manufacture and schedule an installation date on or around July 23, 2021. Since that date on three separate occasions WWO dispatched a crew to our home, unloaded their materials, carried them to our backyard, started to dis-assemble the existing door only to stop and inform us the "warehouse" did not order the correct materials and we would need to call the office and re-schedule the installation. I have documented over two dozen phone calls that were made requesting to speak with a manager or the owner, as of this writing the owner has blatantly refused to return my calls. After nine months of broken promises, dozens of phone calls, I initiated my last attempt to resolve this matter with Kevin on January 24, 2020, who I was told by him "give me a few days to review your file", "the buck stops with me", "I'll get this resolved". As of this writing, I have heard nothing from Kevin after several follow-up phone calls and text messages. At this point I have ZERO confidence in this company and their ability to provide a quality product and proper installation and demand my deposit in the amount of $2,743 be returned Resolution Sought 100 refund and any restitution permitted by law.
