Window World of Gulf Coast complaints

I've had constant issues with contact about an incomplete transaction for windows. I was informed my windows would be installed in February 2022 by Mark the salesman in October. A representative was sent out in January without my approval to re-measure. I found the diagram and the type of window per placement incorrect at that time. I immediately began texting and calling Windows world. I've called over 20 times and cannot get a return phone call. I've asked with such poor communication prior to window installation that my deposit be used on the shutters and to cancel my window order. I asked several times for a manager to contact me and go over the windows and agreement since early January. When you call Henry you are told he'll be back in and hour and call back he's gone for the day. He replied very limited info to an email without assisting with my concerns. At this point I'm being told it will be May before the windows are ready and I'm not able to verify what windows I've ordered as the contract was incorrect and the salesman only provided info to contact Crystal. This entire company appears to be a scam. When I called there are other customers asking to cancel as well and nothing is being discussed or done for the customers per Crystal my file has been pulled awaiting for me the customer to be called and that never happens. Please return my deposit as with this type of service in the beginning I'm very scared to invest over 5000$ in windows if I can't get a call back. Resolution Sought Refund my deposit.
