The sales person deliberately cheated me I told him the whole house installation I paid for whole house windows replacement but he send me 2 windows less than what I paid for . Basically I have 15 windows four of them are big windows he counted as two there for ibased on his counting he should me 19 windows but he send only 17, he cheated me 2window price. On his. Measurement it showes kitchen and master bathroom but he missed those windows. I want window world to finish my window since they have the measurements with them. Resolution Sought Bring me 2 more windowes

12/19/12, Sales Representative Can to My House, 04/11/13, I Paid in Full for 8 Window; 03/09/21 Sales Representative Mr. Karl Can to My Neighbor House, Mrs.Hardaway Told Her That I Had a Broken Seal in My Window to Call the Company I Have a Lifetime Warranty. I Call 04/24/21 Put the Order in With Ms. Elaine. After The 1St. Cancellation Because of THEM. Window FELL Off The Truck, Window NOT Here, They CONNOT FIND The Window, I Have Been Going BACK and FORTH with Them for #7 Months NO WINDOW,, I Had To Reschedule Doctor Appointment Just For Them To Say We Don't Have Your Window,, Mr. Karl- Customer Confidential Information, With Ms. Hardaway. Jonathan- Project Manager Call 10/08/021 He said WAS Going Order Window OVERNIGHT, My Husband I Feel Like That This Company Window World Is Playing US Like a FOOL,, #8 All These Windows Cost Us 2,664.00 FOR LIFE GUARANTEED,, I Have The Original Contract and I Have ALL Phones Calls ON Recording. I am Looking For Satisfaction SO They Do Not This To Others Hard-Working People. They Should Not Be Able To Do This To ME or Others. Resolution Sought 1. To Be Paid For The Window That Is BROKEN.
