Ordered patio windows for my house on 29 Sept 21. Signed the contract on 14 Oct 21 and left 1/2 deposit ($11,047). Doors arrived 25 Mar 22 BUT only one door was correct & installed. My security system had to be inactivated on the one door they installed and on the other doors they removed BUT had wrong replacement for. Doors were left out side by the pool, and 'new/replacement' doors were ordered to 'replace' the incorrect doors that arrived. On 6 May 22 we were notified the 'reordered' doors were in. When Window World arrived to install the doors, it was determined that these 'new' doors were also WRONG! The main office & office in Cantonment could not determine why these doors were wrong. THEY REORDERED GHE DOORS FOR A THIRD TIME!! We have sent e-mails to Window World, AND received acknowledgement of our e-mail, from Window World, indicating a rep would be in contact with us soon. The first e-mail was 20 Aug 22 and still no response. Order the doors one time maybe a problem happens; Order the doors a second time and still a problem…something is wrong with the company. No response tells me something is wrong…they have my money, we asked about a discount m, owing to this problem…Window World (Cantonment office) said they would check on this…no response! Are they still is operation? Do I need to sue? Thank you for whatever help you can provide. Resolution Sought Refund my money; Complete the project! Provide compensation for all the delays! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!
