I ordered eight windows from Window World which were installed. After that order I ordered one more window of the exact size and paid for it upfront. The window has been in for months. All appointments to have the window installed have been canceled or no-shows. At this point no one answers the phone at Window World. You always get a recording. I have left numerous messages that have gone unanswered. I no longer even care about that Window. However I would like to be refunded the money I paid for it. There is absolutely no communication from Window World. Thank you for your help. Resolution Sought I would like my money for one window refunded.

Company states; This window was a mis-measure (wrong size) when installer went to install it. Correct sized ordered & received. Unfortunately, due to the loss of installers, we have has reschedule Ms. Day's install a few times. The install of this window was completed on July 14, 2022.
