I told them window USA to pull my credit one time, They pull it four time and drop my credit score down to 627 . These are the credit places they call: Synchrony Bank,Foundation Finance company, Genesis Credit and cross river Bank c/0 Sunlight Financial Resolution Sought To help rise my credit back o where it was before Windows USA pull my credit four times. It drop my credit score to 627. They sure have done what I ask them to do.

Windows USA® has investigated your complaint, listened to all recorded calls, and contacted the finance companies involved. Unfortunately, Windows USA® is not able to retract any credit inquiries as your signed applications were submitted to the finance companies. By signing the applications, it gave them the approval to run your credit. I have included the signed applications for review (upon request). We genuinely appreciate you, and your valued feedback.
