I have been a tenant on the property for 6 years. I have not missed a rental payment. I signed a lease stating that our rent would go up in 2023. It was never loaded into the online portal. The new property management is trying to charge me back pay. I have attempted to set up affordable payment agreements. They have threatened me with eviction and have also tried to charge me an unfair amount for a one income household. Resolution Sought Hold the property accountable for their errors. Have them not charge me or settle for a smaller amount.
