Property is poorly maintained.

Property is poorly maintained. Not handicap accessible. Fire hazards. Infested with bugs. Threatened tenants. Illegal documents. Subleasing to illegal immigrants. Property be forced to fix and maintain issues for safety reasons. Owners be discharged from job due to inappropriate behavior.
