I had discovered that we were being charged for a phone line we didn't have. I spoke with them back in July and the company said we would be charged 80.00 a month for a year to make up for the over payment s. When we got the bill I called and was told the rates went up. I overpaid this company for at least a year And felt the 80.00 a month was fair.can anything be done Resolution Sought To have the payments set as promised at 80. Dollars for a year.

Company states; From the filings, we understand the customer is inquiring about her Windstream bill. With respect to Windstream's response, I apologize for the billing issues Ms. Miller has experienced. I spoke with Ms. Miller on January 4, 2022 and advised her that her January 2022 bill is $73.50. I also advised that with the credits that have been applied, as of now this will be her monthly bill until her $10.00 monthly promotional credit ends in June of 2022. I did confirm Ms. Miller is not being charged for phone service. Ms. Miller has been provided my direct contact information for any questions or concerns she may have going forward.
