Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I've attempted several times to disconnect my services but their customer service number is constantly speaking another language and drops the call. I finally reached a human and was threatened to be turned over to collections if I didn't pay some outstanding balance. I'm not in a contract. I tried disconnecting my service before this happened. They keep tacking on fees and balances against me. I disconnected my wifi modem from the wall weeks ago and I know they can see that on their computers. This is ridiculous. I'm contacting the BCA because an affiliate explained to me they had to do the same thing to deal with this same company. Resolution Sought Disconnect my services and I'm not paying their ridiculous fees or paying them anything. They've been ripping customers off for years. They're in so many lawsuits as it is.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Cannot get the proper help or assistance needed for any issues. Been trying since August to have my mom's phone number ported over, they outright lie to us, telling me it will be resolved and it never is. Ridiculous to be jerked around for months. Next we were promised a $200 visa for signing up with their company…never received those either. You call their phone numbers and get disconnected or can't talk to the right department because the options are limited. I do not recommend this company because once you switch over to them they absolutely do not care about you as a customer. Resolution Sought Help get my mothers original phone number ported over.
