Prices keep going up. Service is not good and goes out a lot. There is no way to pay my bill without calling and speaking to someone. The website doesn't work, the app doesn't work, and the card that I used to use for auto pay no longer lets me use auto pay. I have never even see a bill. Resolution Sought Better service and more transparency. The only way to pay shouldn't cost an additional $6.95. It's absurd.

I've attempted several times to disconnect my services but their customer service number is constantly speaking another language and drops the call. I finally reached a human and was threatened to be turned over to collections if I didn't pay some outstanding balance. I'm not in a contract. I tried disconnecting my service before this happened. They keep tacking on fees and balances against me. I disconnected my wifi modem from the wall weeks ago and I know they can see that on their computers. This is ridiculous. I'm contacting the BCA because an affiliate explained to me they had to do the same thing to deal with this same company. Resolution Sought Disconnect my services and I'm not paying their ridiculous fees or paying them anything. They've been ripping customers off for years. They're in so many lawsuits as it is.
