After getting my debit card hacked, I called to cancel it and get a new card. It took me over two hours to accomplish this since I was on hold forever, and given to the virtual assistant, which is absolutely worthless when I got home after being promised, they would FedEx a new card to me. The card was not there, and I called spoke with three different people who put me on hold once again finally tried to get a supervisor I was put on hold, and given to a number that didn't even exist so I was disconnected after 45 minutes, I did call and speak with a supervisor. Finally Dan and he gave me a long story about why I was in hold so long and about people being out sick and everything and frankly I didn't really care. It was way too much information and all I really wanted was a FedEx number. I'm very disappointed I have been at wings credit member for so many years. I have a little bit of money in there that is going away as the customer service that you offer is a sad and sorry excuse for a business . Resolution Sought Close acct
