Customer Complaint

Purchased a Winix Dehumidifier and after using it for a while it began spitting out brown plastic strips from air outlet and making loud noise. Asked company to assist me with a repair contractor but Winix never acknowledged the warranty; telephone calls or anything. Purchased Dehumidifier October 30 2019 and have been filing complaints. After I finally reached someone I was asked to send a video with machine running; box unit came in and sent it to them. Still no other response. The BBC could not get a response from them. I am sending you pictures of Dehumidifier and a jar filled with brown strips that came from Dehumidifiers. Resolution Sought I would like for Winix to replace this Dehumidifier. I started this process way before warranty expired but Winix refused to answer.
