I gave them money in the amount of $50,000 under the impression that I was giviing the money to help first time home buyers and that the money would returned with interest within a couple of months- according to the contract it would be paid back within 6 months. I have tried to collect the money numerous times without any results. He only states he does not have the money. I have a signed contract. Resolution Sought The $50,000 with interest paid to me as agreed.
