Consumer alleges your company is refusing to honor your warranty/guarantee on a product she purchased. On 2/28/2020, consumer states she purchased this Club from AutoZone for $30. Consumer states she used the Club on her vehicle, which was stolen on 3/30/2022. In which, consumer states did not prevent her vehicle from being stolen. Consumer states she filed a police report and contacted Winner International Inc in regards to this matter and requested a replacement, but was denied even though she sent in the necessary paperwork for this warranty/guarantee. So therefore, consumer is now seeking the assistance of Business Consumer Alliance in obtaining an amicable resolution. Resolution Sought Consumer would like some type of an amicable resolution from Winner International Inc.

The Club guarantee is for one year from the date of purchase if the vehicle is stolen with The Club in place, Winner International will reimburse the customer's comprehensive theft deductible up to the amount stated on the packaging for that model of Club. This information is clearly stated on the instruction sheet. The conditions of the guarantee are also stated. Beyond the one-year guarantee, there is no compensation regarding theft.
