Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Walked up to a teller gave her my a sheet of paper with my bets I wrote down for her to place for me her job she told me to go elsewhere suggesting I use self service I have a medical condition that swells my fingers yet this employee and employer kicked me out and was cussed out by a male white employee in a salmon colored shit he told security to "get this fucker out of here I provided security my license, my bet slip, and my place of business they made a copy I need help dealing with this I'm disabled and was turned away Resolution Sought Hire tellers with experience so good people such as myself won't be treated by tellers that attack people due to them not knowing how to properly speak to people and be patient with paying customers just give me an apology please let this business know this they can send me a sorry card to my address off my ID its current I have a medical condition that prevents me from using my hands fully I will provide this to this company as well so I hope something happens to improve things there
