Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. When I ordered it said 4 rims for this price. Only one was sent. I received one. I have multiple emails with customer they said yes I did not receive the correct amount but the only thing they will do is if I want to pay return shipping I can get a refund. It says if product isn't correct they pay shipping if I just don't like it then I pay. I ordered 4 received 1 and now they won't help! Resolution Sought I would like the rest of my order.
