A coat i ordered was advertise as padded. it is not the size is too small. I have contacted them on the phone, through the mail , and e-mail . They wanted pictures, which i furnished, then they tell me they can't find an order for the order # i gave them . I have asked them to send me an return label to send it back and wanted a full refund, and they are blowing me off. Resolution Sought Ship the product and full refund
