I paid Wix for a business number and I was not able to access it . It has cost me time and money. I spent hours trying to access the site without any luck . They are refusing to refund me money . Although they can't get the site to work . Resolution Sought Refund me my money and provide me with a credit for all of my time wasted. A credit for my website .

Firstly I do not have nor ever had a wix account. On 12/6 they tried to debit my account for 14.95. I was able to contact then via email in which they assured me they funds would be reimbursed and they serives would be canceled. On 12/26 they successfully debited my account for $324 resulting in server overdrafts to my account. I contacted my bank on the first occurrence in which they canceled my card and sent another. This is the same process my bank is doing to handle this situation yet again and I plan on closing my account after this is handled. I've reached out to wix again via email to find out why and how are they still charging me for services under a different name its confusing. I haven't heard back. I do have an open fraud case with my bank. Resolution Sought I would like for wix to immediately refund my bank account and to remove any information of mine they may be harvesting.

However, currently I have $72 in overdraft fees because of this company. I don't know what if anything can be done about that but I sincerely hope they have taken the necessary measures to delete my information connected to whatever mistakes they continue to make to insure this never happens again.
