Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been getting emails from wix asking me about unemployment. Come to find out it was a scam. I reported it to wix, now I'm getting more messages from wix. Whoever used it got my ssi number and a lot more. I made a complaint to wix, and instead of them doing something about it I have been getting more and more emails, to the point I took myself off of Facebook, and other social platforms. Resolution Sought Thr answer they gave me was that they have no control over what their customers do with the product. So since they have no control, they can pay me for what their customers are doing, and I hope if they're doing it to other people that they fall in line.

I paid Wix for a business number and I was not able to access it . It has cost me time and money. I spent hours trying to access the site without any luck . They are refusing to refund me money . Although they can't get the site to work . Resolution Sought Refund me my money and provide me with a credit for all of my time wasted. A credit for my website .
