Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro own a physical trading card game and an online version of the same game called Magic the Gathering. In which they have rules which are against cheating within the game. However Wizard's is not actively doing anything to monitor or deter players from cheating in the online version. In the paper version, there are judges and shop owners and other players who can monitor and if found cheating can remove and permanently ban the offending player from ever playing again. Magic is a very expensive game and players want to ensure fair play for the money they spend. On the online version there are large numbers of cheaters with no monitoring system and they are still able to cheat and play. In this version players have to catch the cheater "if" they can catch them cheating and report it in which the reports often go ignored. Alongside numerous bugs they choose not to fix and errors, I have made mutiple requests for a refund for the cards puchased within the game. I don't want to play if it's not fair and I definitely do not want to play if they choose not to fix these issues. They continually refuse the refund claiming "opened product" on product that technically does not exist. I've emailed them with other issues in which customer support does not read them they only forward it to another department in which I recieve no response back. I have attempted to call to which you cannot get through. Resolution Sought Fix the games issues with the bugs, create patches to where players cannot cheat, an greatly improve their customer support. If they cannot then I would like a refund for some value of my account.
