Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Looking for an apartment and got sent email from them that said I needed to fill out an preliminary application just to view the apartment, I obliged, they then ran a credit check, I probably clicked on something on the website that agreed to whatever they did but they misrepresented it in what i actually read, the email. It's just a shady business practice and very misleading. Resolution Sought How about being reimbursed for my lost time or hit them with a fine that makes them think twice about continuing to do it.

Company states; We require all applicants to go through an approval process prior to scheduling any showings. This process includes but is not limited to pulling credit to obtain a TruVision Resident Score from TransUnion, obtaining residential history, income/bank statements, etc. Please be advised that there is a Consumer Notice on our website prior to the applicant having access to the application itself as well as a full disclosure on the application that all applicants are required to sign before an application successfully submits to our office. Additionally, all listings on our direct website indicate that an approved application is required in order to schedule a showing.
