I have roof dent damage on my newly installed metal roof from them. I had my heating lines pulled up, cut, and glycol drained out when they installed their lines , which had a chain reaction and damaged my motor inside the house. This will need to be replaced, tested, and refilled. I ended up installing a new furnace inside the house as I could not use my outside boiler furnace at all. Also avoided answering my question about moving the pedestal (I figured after months of asking, they just were going to wait it out and do this unfortunately)or coming to any type of resolution until just recently and it was a solid no. There was also damage done to electrical boxes on the outside of the house, from their company use or hit with their machinery. Currently, they only want to splice the heating line and nothing else, which isn't my preferred way of fixing it so it will probably be a monetary reimbursement and or trade resolution. The glycol alone is thousands of dollars to refill, hiring a testing company, time, installing a new motor inside the house….its a lot overall and overwhelming Resolution Sought I'm thinking either a trade and or partial monetary reimbursement for work needed to be completed. Although I no longer trust this company to do work at my house and would never leave them unattended if they needed to return.
