SCAMMERS! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT DO. NOT. BOOK. WITH. THIS. COMPANY: If I could rate lower, I would. This has been the worst company I have ever worked with. Juliana and Elisa (or whatever her name is) have the WORST customer service skills ever! This company gave away both houses I was supposed to have for my family vacation. The first house they told me they owner was removing it from the listing. When trying to put me in another home, I told them multiple times and even showed them I couldn't accept the house due to an error on their end. They advised me to contact Airbnb and I did. For the past 3-4, I have been going back and forth between this company and Airbnb because the company will not respond to any calls or messages from Airbnb. They then tried to offer me homes that didn't fit my needs. The lack of empathy and accountability is so low, I'm not sure how they're still in business. I've added messages so you all can see. I wish I had the phone conversations. 0/10. Highly do not recommend it! Resolution Sought Pay me 2,000 for the stress they cause me during this process.
