Bought entry and storm doors September 2021,installed March 2022.cant get them fixed to lock been out several times say due to foundation problems,can't fix,I told them about foundation when I bought them,said no problem,they could do the job Resolution Sought Refund my money

We have been out multiple times in attempt to resolve door issues recently. The door was working properly when we originally installed but over time the foundation has continued to shift which is causing it to not work properly now. We have done everything we can within our scope of work to get this working. Until the foundation is addressed there is nothing else we can do.
