Woodside credit to consider repercussions of costumer credit rating.

I filled out an application with Woodside credit twice both times they've denying me credit. After speaking to the Scott he told me that I had too much late payments within the last 7 to 10 years mostly which indicate the reason why they're unable to grant me a loan. My purpose for filing this complaint Is that Woodside could have clearly told me that the past derogatory information if it wasn't cleared up with a certain timeframe it would not make any sense to proceed. I would have been okay with that but they failed to say such. Now it's costing me points on my credit due to they're denying me the ability to get a loan. Just for Woodside credit to consider repercussions of costumer credit rating for simple inability to communicate possible prior inconsistencies on credit reports.
